This policy explains how 20VPN handles data related to accounts, orders, and website use while providing subscription services, the user panel, network acceleration, and international route connections. Data is processed only as needed to provide services, protect accounts, complete payments and refunds, investigate issues submitted by users, and meet necessary obligations.

Data Collected and Why We Use It

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. The account system processes the username, password verification value, plan status, and traffic usage to authenticate users, display subscription status, calculate available traffic, and deliver the service. Passwords are used for account verification and should not be reused on other websites.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment method, payment status, creation time, refund status, and an order identifier used to reconcile the transaction. This information is used to complete orders, restore purchase records, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. 20VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; see the checkout page for the applicable payment details.

When you visit marketing pages or the user panel, servers may process the request time, page visited, browser type, device category, interface language, referring page, and basic error information. This analytics data helps verify that pages work properly, detect unusual requests, and improve the interface. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

No-Logs and Connection Data

20VPN follows a no-logs service policy. International routes do not record which websites users visit, what content they send, or which applications they use. They also do not retain DNS queries or traffic content that could reconstruct specific browsing activity.

The service does not combine source IP addresses, destination addresses, and connection start and end times into long-term connection logs that trace personal activity. Traffic usage in an account is used only to determine remaining plan allowance and service status; it does not include destinations or transmitted content. To investigate connection issues, submitted diagnostic materials are used only when a user opens a ticket and provides them. After the issue is resolved, they are not retained as long-term connection history.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, basic preferences, and checkout state. The user panel may also store authentication credentials locally so a session can continue after navigating between pages or refreshing. These browser storage items provide necessary functions and are not used to record specific content accessed through international routes.

Clearing browser cookies and local storage may remove login status and interface preferences, requiring you to log in again or choose settings again. Browser privacy settings can restrict storage, but some account and checkout flows may then be unable to continue normally.

Payment Processing and Data Retention

Payments through Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are handled by the relevant third-party payment services. 20VPN does not directly store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts. It receives only the payment result, amount, order identifier, and status information needed to complete an order. The third party’s own privacy rules govern its handling of payment data.

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept only as long as needed to provide subscriptions, handle transaction disputes, reconcile finances, and meet applicable obligations. Analytics and error records are retained for a limited period based on operational and security needs, then deleted or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to a specific account once their purpose has ended.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Users can view account, plan, and order status in the panel. To correct data, delete an account, or ask about the handling of specific data, submit a request through the user panel’s ticket function. Control of the current account may need to be verified before a deletion request is processed. Records related to unfinished orders, refund disputes, or necessary obligations are handled under this policy after the relevant matter ends.

This policy may be updated when service features, storage methods, or applicable rules change. The revised text is published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is changed accordingly. Important changes to data categories, processing purposes, or user rights will be explained through the user panel. Review the version in effect before continuing to use the service.
