PREPARE

Before You Begin

The full process requires only the user panel, a device with a working network connection, and the 20VPN client obtained from the panel. The client and subscription details are delivered through the user panel. This page does not provide static installers or display a subscription address for direct use. This helps you avoid choosing the wrong platform version and return to the same entry for updated configuration when service status changes.

Create your account and choose a plan first on the device you expect to use long term, then set up your other devices. 20VPN supports unlimited devices, so the same account can be used on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, and Linux. Each device still needs its own client installation and subscription import. Connecting one device successfully confirms that the account, plan, and subscription are working before you repeat the process on other platforms.

During setup, you will see a dedicated subscription link. It may look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN, but this is an unusable example. The real link appears only in the user panel after sign-in and should be treated as account information. Do not place it in public documents, screenshots, or shared pages. When ready, begin by creating your account.

ACCOUNT

Create an Account

Open the account creation page in the 20VPN user panel and set a username and password in the form. No email address is required. After submitting, the account has been created if the page opens the account overview or shows a sign-in entry. Record the username you used and choose a strong password that is not reused elsewhere. You will need to sign in to this panel when getting the client on a new device, checking plan status, or managing support tickets.

If the page remains unchanged after submission, read the message beside the relevant field. The username may already be taken, or the password may not meet the form’s requirements. Adjust the indicated field and submit again; there is no need to keep refreshing the page. If the panel opens, check the username at the top or in the account overview to confirm that you are signed in to the account you just created, then open the Plans section.

The account stores your subscription and order status. Creating an account does not mean that usable data is already available, so the next step is choosing a plan. Do not look for configuration files on public pages at this stage; the correct subscription entry appears in the user panel after the plan becomes active.

PLAN

Choose a Plan and Place an Order

After signing in, open the Plans section in the user panel. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9 per month with 60GB, ¥18 per month with 250GB, and ¥28 per month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your typical usage first: browsing, documents, and real-time collaboration usually use less data, while long HD video sessions, large file syncing, or continuous connections on multiple devices use data faster. Choose according to your actual needs rather than automatically selecting the largest tier.

If your usage period is irregular, consider the permanent, non-expiring data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing use with a monthly data reset, while data packages suit less predictable usage when you want the balance to remain available long term. The two product types are calculated differently, so check the name, data allowance, and price again before confirming the order.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Do not submit the order repeatedly after payment; return to the account overview and check the plan status first. When the current plan and available data appear, the service is active. If the status has not changed, refresh the user panel later or check the order section. 20VPN offers a 30-day refund policy. See the refund policy for the application rules.

If you expect to need more monthly data later, you can upgrade in the panel. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. To keep old and new orders separate, confirm that the current plan is displayed before moving on. Once the active plan is visible, open the account overview to get your subscription link.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get the Subscription Link

Return to the account overview in the user panel and look for Copy Subscription, Import Client, or Get Configuration in the current subscription or service information section. The panel displays the relevant details for your account status. After you click Copy, the dedicated link is usually placed on the clipboard. Paste it once into a temporary local text file to confirm that it begins with a complete URL and has not been cut off by spaces or line breaks, then delete it from the temporary file immediately.

A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage address. Once the client reads it, the client receives available routes and related configuration, so you do not need to enter server details one by one. Because the link is tied to your account service, do not share it in public groups, forums, or screenshots. To use it on another device, sign in to the user panel on that device and copy it again, or transfer it briefly through a method you control, then clear the transfer record after importing.

If the subscription entry is temporarily missing from the overview, confirm that the plan shows as active and that the signed-in account matches the account used for the order. Signing out and back in can also refresh the status. If it still does not appear, submit your account status and order details through the panel’s ticket entry. Do not construct a link yourself or use configuration from an unknown online source.

Keep the panel open after copying the link. Next, open the client for your current system and import it. Entry names differ slightly across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, but success is judged the same way: the client refreshes a route list and later subscription updates do not require you to enter each route again.

WINDOWS

Windows Client Import

On your Windows device, sign in to the user panel, open the client download section, and get the Windows client provided by 20VPN. After installation, launch it and look for Subscription Management, Configuration Management, or Import from Link. Do not choose Import from Local File because you have a subscription link. Choose the option that accepts a URL and paste the complete link you copied earlier.

Give the subscription an easy-to-recognize local name, such as “20VPN,” then confirm the addition and update it. Wait for the route list to appear after the client reads the configuration. If the list is empty, manually refresh the subscription page and check that no spaces were added before or after the link. Do not mistake browser address-bar autocomplete for a subscription link; the correct details must be copied from the account overview.

After the routes load, choose the client’s default recommended general mode under system proxy or connection mode, then select a route that is relatively close to your current network and suits your needs. When connecting, Windows may ask to let the client create a system network connection. Check that the program name matches the client provided in the user panel before confirming. A Connected status does not mean every app is using the new path, so check the exit IP and actual app access in the verification steps that follow.

MACOS

macOS Client Import

On your macOS device, open the client download area from the user panel and get the 20VPN client for your system. The first launch may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration. This system step is required for the client to handle the selected network traffic. Follow the system prompt into Settings and grant permission; if you deny it, the client may import routes without establishing a working connection.

After granting permission, return to the client and choose Add from Link in the Subscription, Configuration, or Remote Configuration section. Paste the subscription link copied from the account overview, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, and update it. A successful import shows a list of regions or routes. If the client says the format is unrecognized, confirm that you are using the client type recommended by the user panel rather than putting the link into a tool that accepts only individual server parameters.

After choosing a route and connecting, open a commonly used webpage to confirm basic access, then continue to the verification section in this guide to check exit details. If only some apps work, check whether the client is set to browser-only proxying, rule-based routing, or full traffic handling. During quick setup, keep the default settings provided by the panel and client. ANDROID

Android Client Import

On your Android device, sign in to the user panel and get the relevant 20VPN client from the download section. Open its subscription or configuration page and choose Add via Link instead of entering server addresses individually. Paste your dedicated subscription link, save it, and refresh the list. When the client reads it successfully, selectable routes appear. If loading continues, switch back to a network that is currently working and update the subscription again.

When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system connection authorization dialog. Confirm that the request comes from the 20VPN client you just installed, then allow the connection. Choose a nearby route and start it, waiting for the system connection indicator to appear in the status bar. Some devices restrict background network activity. If the client disconnects soon after the screen locks, allow it to run normally in the system app settings without changing other advanced parameters first.

If several modes appear after import, use the client’s default mode for the initial check. Adjust per-app settings only when you know that a specific app needs separate handling. The goal of quick setup is to establish one verifiable connection, not to configure every personal rule at once. After the basic connection works, test your browser, collaboration tools, or media apps one at a time according to your needs.

IOS

iOS Client Import

On your iOS device, open the client download section in the user panel and prepare a compatible client using the method shown there. Because iOS has its own software acquisition and authorization flow, do not look for an installer on this page; the user panel provides the applicable entry. After installing the client, open Add Subscription, Remote Configuration, or Import from URL, then paste and save your dedicated link.

After updating, check whether the route list appears. If nothing happens after pasting, clear the entire input field and copy the link again from the account overview, avoiding any explanatory text on either side. Once imported, choose a route and connect. The system will ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm the request source, approve it, and return to the client until its status changes to Connected.

Browsers and apps on iOS may retain cached data from before the connection. The location shown on an older page may therefore not change immediately after switching routes. Close and reopen the page, then run the exit check again. If only one app fails to behave as expected, first test whether the browser works through the new route, then determine whether the issue is the basic connection or the app’s own cache. Do not repeatedly delete the subscription as a first response.

VERIFY

Connect and Verify the Connection

Regardless of the platform, after importing choose a route that is relatively close to your current location and suits your needs. Start the connection and wait for the client to show a clear connection status, then use a browser to check the location of your current exit IP. It should match the country or region of the selected route. If it still shows your original network location, close the cached browser page and search again, then check whether the client’s connection mode is enabled.

The second check is the DNS resolution path. Use a trusted DNS check page to see whether the resolution location changes with the route. If the exit IP has changed but DNS continues to use the original network path, the system or browser may have an independent DNS setting enabled. As a quick fix, restore the client’s default network settings, disconnect and reconnect, then check again. Change only one system option at a time so you can identify what resolved the issue.

The third check is to test apps individually according to your actual needs. Start with an ordinary webpage, then test your everyday collaboration tools, AI tools, or media services. Access to one website does not mean every app uses the same path; likewise, one failed app does not necessarily mean the entire subscription is invalid. Checking in the order of basic browser access, exit IP, DNS, and the target app helps locate the issue in the client, system network, or specific service.

If the client says Connected but the exit location has not changed, confirm that a route is selected, the system connection switch is on, and the current mode is not limited to specified apps. If the connection itself cannot be established, try another route and update the subscription in the client. If the issue remains, keep the error text, operating system, and route name, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Do not publish the subscription link or leave a complete configuration address visible in screenshots.

FINISH

After Setup Is Complete

After confirming that the connection works, return to the client’s subscription management page and note where manual updates are started. When the route list changes later, update the subscription instead of deleting and reinstalling the client. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the account overview shows current service information. Data packages are deducted as used and never expire. Check status in the user panel rather than relying on the client’s local display for order details.

To use the service on another device, repeat the process: get the client from the user panel, copy the subscription link, import it, choose a route, and verify the exit connection. 20VPN supports unlimited devices, but authorization and connection entries are separate on each system. Importing on one device will not make the configuration appear automatically on others. Complete a basic check each time you add a device so system permissions are confirmed before you need to use it.

If your needs center on tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, or Cursor, read the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools after finishing the basic process on this page. It covers differences in location detection, account stages, streaming output, API calls, IDE plugins, and development environments. This page stays focused on the essential path from account creation to connection verification.

At this point, the relationship between the account, plan, subscription, and client is clear: the user panel manages service status, the subscription link delivers routes to the client, the client handles the connection, and exit IP and DNS checks confirm the result. When issues arise, checking forward through this sequence is usually more effective than reinstalling repeatedly or changing advanced options at random.
