20VPN provides network acceleration and international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 120+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, route configuration, subscription access, and related features available in the user panel.

Route coverage, connectable regions, and client compatibility may change due to network conditions, device systems, maintenance, or third-party platform rules. The service scope shown on this website describes currently available features and does not guarantee continuous access to any specific route, website, or application in every network environment. Choose routes according to your needs and confirm the access requirements of the target service yourself.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription details, and configuration content in the user panel secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unusual account or subscription activity, change your password promptly and submit details through the ticket portal in the user panel.

The service does not limit the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but this provision is intended for use on devices you own or manage personally. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, disclose account credentials or subscription details to unspecified third parties, or resell the service commercially through account sharing, traffic splitting, or service activation on behalf of others. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, invalid configurations, and account risks caused by credential leaks or unauthorized sharing.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws, network management rules, and third-party service terms applicable where you are located and where the target service is located. Subscription services may be used only for lawful cross-border access, study, work, development testing, content browsing, and other legitimate online activities.

You may not use the service to infringe on others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, abuse third-party platforms at scale, or engage in other unlawful activity. Do not excessively consume route resources through automated programs or attempt to interfere with the account system, billing processes, client distribution mechanisms, or server configuration. Users are responsible for complaints, disputes, or legal liability arising from their conduct.

Availability and Liability

20VPN may adjust network resources based on route quality, capacity planning, and maintenance needs. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, infrastructure provider fluctuations, device or system updates, third-party platform policy changes, force majeure, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.

You understand that actual connection performance is affected by your local network, device performance, system settings, target service status, route distance, and other factors. 20VPN does not operate third-party websites, applications, content, or transactions and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, continued availability, or outcomes. Back up important data yourself and verify the current connection before conducting critical work.

Suspension and Termination

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, maliciously consume route resources, disrupt service operations, evade standard billing procedures, conduct unlawful activities, or repeatedly violate these terms, 20VPN may restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. To verify unusual activity, the service may ask users to provide necessary details through the user panel.

You may stop using the service and retain or delete locally stored configurations yourself. Connection access may stop when a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted, or an account is terminated. Account termination does not affect obligations arising before termination and does not release you from addressing improper activity, third-party claims, or other responsibilities.

Changes and Refund Guidance

These terms may be updated as service features, operational processes, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be revised accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be highlighted through the website or user panel where appropriate. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.

Refund conditions and the application process are governed by the Refund Policy. A full refund without reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment.
